Policy.
How research-use-only orders are packaged, shipped, and tracked.
Domestic Shipping Only
Bleu Peptides ships within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Transit Time
U.S. orders are processed and shipped within one business day and typically arrive within 2-4 business days via tracked courier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to begin scanning the shipment.
Packaging & Stability
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at room temperature for transport, so cold shipping is not required.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact support@bleupeptides.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@bleupeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the affected items at no cost.
Incorrect Address
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us before the order ships; once shipped, we cannot reroute a package and are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly provided address.
