When and how Bleu Peptides issues cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
All Sales Final Once Shipped
Because our products are research-use-only chemicals, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Opened or shipped product cannot be returned for reasons of quality control and safety.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they ship. Because payment is arranged after the order is placed, cancelling an unpaid order simply voids it with nothing owed. To cancel, email support@bleupeptides.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Defective shipments - damaged on arrival, missing items, or wrong product - are replaced or refunded at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Because no payment is collected at checkout, refunds apply only to invoices that have already been paid.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on U.S. orders, so no shipping charge applies to refunds.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate terms agreed in writing at the time of order. Where written wholesale terms differ from this policy, the written terms control.
